When you have to share something when you what to celebrate
something good and when you have to cry and need the shoulder and when you have
something to talk ...
These all things are incomplete .. when you have no one to hear,
no one to go and celebrate, no one to give a shoulder to cry ..
Then you feel worthless..
And that you don't want that to happen with others,
So you are the one who gives them the shoulder, make a time
to help them.
Doing good things never harm you .. right ??
But actually you are the one who think that what happen to you
should not repeat again with anyone. You feel like give time can make them
happy so why not ..

Try to do something that makes you feel better and also the others

This can be done for anyone for example your mother, your father,
you bff, and even to whom you hate the most ...

For suppose
You get involved in a very bad argument with you parents ... so
don't talk back just listen then and after some time after there temperature
cools then go and talk them make them to understand ..
Or if just don't make an argument big .
Just listen and move ..
Look they are sometimes get worried
about you, you life your career ... what are you going to be or what are you
doing and.. many more things like that ...
So make minor changes to be happy and also to make to others happy
...
