When Paul Walker passed away, his fans and friends were completely devastated. He was only 40 years old and at the pinnacle of his career, appearing in six films of the highly-successful and exhilarating Fast & Furious series. But the handsome blonde actor with striking blue eyes (his most recognizable features) has not been forgotten, and it rumored that he will still be a part of the next film in the Furious series, somehow. Paul’s best friend and fellow actor may have revealed how Paul will make a posthumous appearance in the films.
Vin Diesel will always have this to remember Paul
A Tragic Death
The world was shocked and saddened when we learned that actor Paul Walker had died. But not only did he pass away at the height of his popularity, he died in a manner that was eerily similar to the setting of his most popular film.
Paul and his friend crashed their car into a concrete lamppost traveling at an extremely high speed. The car burst into flames. Neither of them survived.
The Show Must Go On
His latest film hadn’t been premiered yet, but eventually Furious 7 was released with a different revised ending. The producers had to enlist the help of Paul’s brothers, Cody and Caleb, to shoot new scenes that would bring to an end his role in the series.
Number Eight
Now that it’s time to release the eighth film in the franchise, the filmmakers have to decide how to proceed with a storyline that doesn’t include Paul’s character, Brian.
It was rumored that he would somehow make an appearance, but actress Michelle Rodriguez commented, “That’s a rumor, man.” She has also said that she thinks it would be unethical to have Brian come back. But Paul’s close friend and co-star, Vin Diesel, just released some photos that show how Paul will be featured in the film. See the photo next and decide.
Check out Vin’s new tattoo!.
These wing tattoos are not permanent; they’re temporary tattoos for the upcoming Fast 8. And internet commenters have gone crazy trying to confirm that the eyes featured in the tattoos are based on Paul Walker’s unique peepers. Compare them to the photo of Paul Walker below, and you may see that this fantastic piece of body art is a way to honor the memory of Brian and the man who played him.
Homage or Not?
Do you think that this tattoo is truly an homage to the man who was an integral part of the famous movie franchise? Or are we just overly hopeful that he won’t be forgotten?
