3 Beauty Masks Containing Milk

  • 3 cups of whole milk (if it is powdered milk, take 2 cups),
  • 5 tablespoons of chopped fresh mint leaves,
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder,
  • 1/2 cup of salt,
  • 1 cup of cornstarch.
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Fill the bath up to 75%, then pour the prepared mixture into the bath. Enjoy it for 20 minutes.

Nourishing Facial Scrub with Milk and Honey

  • 3 tablespoons of milk (whole milk only for dry skin),
  • 3 tablespoons of honey,
  • 1 tablespoon of oatmeal flakes.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, until they form a thick paste. Apply the mixture to the cleansed face skin and massage it gently with your fingers for a few minutes. Wash your face with warm water.

Soothing Cleansing Lotion

  • A bag of chamomile tea,
  • 2 tablespoons of honey,
  • 1 small cucumber, peeled,
  • 1 tablespoon of milk.
Make a cup of chamomile tea, let it get cool. Chop the cucumber finely, press it with a fork and squeeze out the juice. Add honey and milk to the cucumber juice. Apply the lotion on theface with a cotton swab. Wash the face with chamomile tea.
