Top 10 Best Anime Fights That Once Moved Us

They're intense. They're bloody. They're out of this world. It can only be anime.


Recently one 19-year-old in China made an incredible fighting anime all on his own and even get us emotionally involved.
That's the magic of anime, and here's the top 10 anime fighting, perhaps not the best of all time, but the ones that once moved us.



Honorable Mention : Eren vs. Female Titan - Attack on Titan

“Hey Eren, eat that lightning!
Seeing his comrades dead, a grieving Eren transforms into his Titan form which gets Mikasa and Levi's attention. Believing his comrades and squad's death could have been avoided if he had transformed in the first place, Eren fights the Female Titan in a long battle.
The Female Titan finally defeats Eren by taking off his head and swallowing his human body.
10. Monkey D.Luffy vs. Rob Lucci - One Piece

“How can the future king of pirates stop here?
Presuming Luffy to be defeated, Lucci is about to follow Usopp's suggestion to fight him. However, Luffy gets back on his feet and activates Gear Second in preparation for the final round.
Lucci hits him one more time with his Six Kings Gun and is sure of victory. However, Luffy does not fall. He turns around and ends the fight with a barrage of blows.

9. Rock Lee vs. Gaara - Naruto

“You may not be talented, but you can earn that respect.”
At first, Lee's Strong Fist taijutsu is ineffective against Gaara's wall of sand that automatically rises to protect him. Lee then removes the heavy leg weights he was wearing, drastically increasing his speed and allowing him to bypass Gaara's defense.


8. Spike vs. Vicious - Cowboy Bebop


“He doesn't have any superman ability, but he has the heart.”
Spike fights his way to the top floor of the Red Dragon syndicate skyscraper, but is badly wounded, and then fights Vicious, getting wounded during the battle.
The pair manages to get the other's weapons and they trade, with a brief struggle, in which Spike manages to shoot Vicious in the chest, killing him.




7. Naruto vs. Sasuke - Naruto

“They are lifetime rivals, and lifetime friends.
Determined to bring Sasuke back to his senses and to Konoha, Naruto grabs hold of him and starts to punch him. He makes Sasuke spit out blood with every punch, then Sasuke rallies and easily repels Naruto.
Sasuke tells Naruto that he doesn't dream of the future, only the past, as he recalls his close bond with his older brother, Itachi.
Naruto tries using force again, and attacks Sasuke but Sasuke doges it and uses Dragon Flame Jutsu and sends it towards Naruto.

6. Gohan vs. Cell - Dragon Ball

“When you have someone that you want to protect, you're undeated.
Once there, 16 tells Gohan that it is okay to fight if you're doing it for the right reasons, and to unleash his power.
After he utters his final words, he is crushed by Cell. This is enough to push Gohan over the edge, and to transform into a Super Saiyan 2.


5. Ichigo vs. Ulquiorra - Bleach

“You're damn strong, and so what?
Ichigo and Ulquiorra's final battle properly gets underway with the two of them being more or less evenly matched. Ichigo is able to read his opponent's movements better than he could when they first fought, managing to wound Ulquiorra, if even slightly.
Ichigo surmises that it is either he is becoming more like a hollow or his opponent is becoming more human, which angers Ulquiorra.

4. Edward Elric vs. Homunculus Greed - Fullmetal Alchesmist/Brotherhood

"Death, is the destiny he choose."
Greed explains to Edward that the only way to kill a homunculus without its regeneration is to physically murder one near the human remains that it was created with, and he also reveals that he let Al go.

Greed departs this information with Ed in hopes of ensuring the deaths of the rest of the homunculi, and then he dies, much to the shock of Ed who has never killed before.





3. Goku vs. Frieza - Dragon Ball

“King of the universe, welcome to hell!
It looks like the battle is over, as everyone celebrates, Frieza reappears and spares no time attacking; first he fires a blast at Goku, but Piccolo hurls himself in front of it and takes the blast, knocking him out.
Then Frieza fires another blast and uses it to blow up Krillin, killing him. Fueled by rage at the loss of his best friend, Goku's power increases exponentially, and he ascends to become a Super Saiyan.


2. Naruto vs. Pain - Naruto


“Sensei, I'm back.
In retaliation for the village's destruction, Naruto swiftly crushed the newly-restored Asura Path and began his fight with the remaining Paths of Pain.
The Animal Path called upon its summons to attack Naruto, who parried them with the aid of his toads and proceeded to defeat the Preta Path.
Soon afterwards, Naruto eliminated the Human Path with his Wind Release: Rasenshuriken, and then teamed up with Gamabunta to defeat the Animal Path.
1. Majin Buu vs. Vegeta - Dragon Ball



“Once you were so proud, and finally you learn to love, the world is proud of you.”
Trunks knocks Buu away from his father, and he and Goten free Vegeta from his bonds. Vegeta recovers, and tells Trunks that he is proud of him. For the first time, Vegeta embraces his son. He then knocks out Goten and Trunks, allowing Piccolo to carry them away to safety.
With Buu back and ready for more, Vegeta makes the ultimate sacrifice: he erupts in a blinding flash of light, certainly killing anything near him, including himself. The last pure blood Saiyan is now dead.
