Very little is needed to make a happy life; it is all within yourself, in your way of thinking. I’ve learned that asking questions isn’t a sign of weakness; rather, it demonstrates curiosity, engagement and intelligence."

If mornings were easy, they would've been called afternoons.
We can almost see you nod your heads in agreement, but while we do have your attention allow us to try and change that opinion a bit. Don't hate us, but mornings can actually be nice. Why else would researchers hint towards a direct relationship between mornings and productivity?
By including just a few easy habits in your daily schedule you can experience the magic that mornings are.
#1 Keep your phone at a distance
There is no denying the fact that technology is a boon. It bridges demographic boundaries and ensures a steady flow of information. But won't it be nice to have some moments that aren't dominated by like buttons or filters, for a change? Make a promise to yourself and avoid touching your phone for at least the first two hours of waking up. You won't believe the kind of impact this little practice can have on your overall mood throughout the day.
#2 Engage in some form of exerciseFree-hand exercises, a Zumba class, yoga, or for that matter a walk can do wonders for your being. Not only will exercise help you get fit, it will also make you feel more awake and energetic during the course of the day so you won't end up falling asleep on your computer keyboard.
#3 Drink warm lemon water
Yes, you've heard this a million times--but there has to be a reason why this is said so often, right? Warm lemon water adds a whole new, protective dimension to your immune system. Apart from protecting you against pathogenic bacteria and nourishing brain cells, lemon water is also great for your skin and bowel movement. Say goodbye to constipated mornings.

#4 Listen to your favourite music
It can be any track. From Pink Floyd, ABBA, Sia to Sonu Nigam, Kumar Sanu and Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan--music has the power of filling the dullest of us with energy and happiness. Throw in some favourite dance moves and you're ready to conquer the world--leave alone a harmless morning! And for those who judge you, wish them a very good morning and keep on moving.
#5 Let the natural light inWe know how tempting a dark, cosy room can be. Overcome the temptation to curl back into your duvet and draw those beautiful curtains for natural light to come in. You will feel the difference in a micro second.
So, rise and shine and make everything thine!
